Great Event...Elite Experience Not So Much
This was a fantastic event and my 2nd PBR event. On my first event last year I purchased Elite Experience tickets for $75 and got to do a meet and great Q&A, a $10 concession voucher and early access to walk around the arena. This event I paid the same $75 and was supposed to get a $10 concession voucher and a picture at the buckin chutes. Our meet time was 6:30 and they stated letting general admission in at 6:15. So, as we all (probably 30 in total) waited as everyone went into the venue we stood by eagerly to go get our pictures take we were given a credentials lanyard and a magazine. No food credit. I thought maybe we'd get those down at the chutes. Then the gentleman gathered us all up and said follow me. Now as I mentioned they had opened the gates 15 mins earlier so there was a sea of people and needless to say we got separated from the group and there were 5 of us trying to figure out what was going on. No one realized that there was a phone # on the lanyard so we all missed out on the picture...and still no food voucher.
The following Monday I reached out to PBR customer service and I was given a name and # to call. I called and left a message for the Elite Experience director (I believe was her title) and it has been pretty close to 10 days and have not heard anything back from them. I probably won't buy another Elite Experience ticket in the future. The person who took my initial call from PBR customer service was delightful, however the response to my issue was never addressed.
